Our Story

It all started with two mates driven by a shared mission: to keep pre-owned clothing in circulation and out of landfill. Early in their journey, they uncovered the true scale of the problem. Thrift stores were overflowing, donations were being turned away and clothing was being discarded locally or being irresponsibly shipped overseas. Ultimately tonnes of wearable and recyclable garments were ending up in landfill without a second chance.

Determined to find a solution, they immersed themselves in the world of second-hand fashion. Gaining hands-on experience and deep insight into the realities of the pre-owned clothing industry. This wasn’t just about reselling clothes, it was about understanding the system and reshaping it.

What they learned was clear: every garment is unique, and needs to be carefully identified and redirected to its most suitable next stage of life. Whether that’s rewearing, repurposing, or ethically recycling. Matching the right garment with the right path is the key to keeping clothing in circulation and eliminating textile waste.
